Unlike traditional communal hot pot, where you cook food at the table yourself, Mr. Wang lets you pick ingredients from open chillers, select a broth, and our kitchen chefs freshly prepare and boil everything together in an individual stone/clay pot for you.

Pick: Grab a basket and tongs to select fresh meats, seafood, noodles, vegetables, and dumplings from the display wall. Weigh: Take your basket to the counter where food is weighed and priced by weight (£2.95 per 100g). Customize: Pick your broth base and spice level, then mix your own dipping sauce at the condiment station while your food cooks.

Because pricing is based on weight (£2.95 / 100g), portion size is completely up to you. The standard recommended serving is 400g to 500g per person for a full meal.
